The first Willow Wood (which some say is in Hauppauge Long Island with Smithtown Schools) was opened in 1995. You can navigate to Route 347 and Mt. Pleasant Road to the entry at Plantation Drive.

These are all 2 story Townhouse floor plans with the bedrooms on the upper level. Each unit at this Willow Wood has central air conditioning, gas heat, attached 1 car garage and backyard patios. They are 2 bedroom 2 bath units, 2 bedroom 2.5 baths, and 3 bedrooms 2.5 Condos. 
 
There are no amenities at this well-maintained community of Willow Wood in Smithtown, but pets are welcome, and it has easy access to parkway, shopping and parks. According to public records of the multiple listing service, in 2015 no units were sold.
 
Opened in 1995 through 1998, the 2nd Willow Wood in Smithtown Long Island is located between Townline Road and Terry Road. There are 2 roads that this Willow Wood is surrounded by which are Merrimack Road and Monitor Road.
