Built in 1991, The Regency is one long winding road of attached townhouses in a private serene cul-de-sac setting on Stone Gate Ct in Smithtown Long Island 11787. It is situated in Suffolk County New York and Long Island’s North Shore. 

You can reach The Regency in Smithtown by Route 25A and St. Johnland Road. This North Shore community has townhouses with 2 story living. Two floor plans were built here. Sagamore Hills can be reached by taking the Long Island Expressway to Exit 63N and following Route 112 to the Sagamore Hills Entrance.  This pet friendly community was built in the 1970’s and offers the residents a clubhouse,gym, pool, tennis, basketball and play area.  The neighborhood is served by The Comsewogue School District #3.

Sagamore Hills offers townhouse style floor plans with the bedrooms on the upper level, and ranch style floor plans, when available.
